By using loqqr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes via email.

The service

loqqr is a quick-capture tool that lets you save text, code, links, files, and notes for personal reference. We provide the service as-is and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Your content

You own everything you save to loqqr. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. We will not access, use, or share your content except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

You are responsible for the content you save. Do not use loqqr to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

File storage

loqqr allows you to upload files for temporary storage. Files may be subject to size limits and auto-expiry. We are not a permanent file hosting service and do not guarantee long-term availability of uploaded files. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use loqqr to store or distribute malware, spam, or illegal content; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with or disrupt the service; use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law; or resell access to the service without permission.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, loqqr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
